CANCELLATION POLICY

The client will then receive a reply indicating the possibility of a charge if applicable.
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before arrival, no charges will be applied.
If the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

ON HOLIDAYS

If the cancellation takes place more than 5 days before arrival, no charges will be applied.
If the cancellation takes place between 5 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

This cancellation policy also applies to spa services and treatments.

Booking confirmation will be made by providing a credit card number (with a valid expiry date) or a deposit on dates with special conditions (Easter, Constitution and New Year's Eve, a deposit will be required).
